Frank Braun Art Legacy Auction
“Lifting up the legacy of an inspirational artist and teacher”
The silent auction will take place on May 30, 2026, from 10:00am–4:00pm at the American Legion Hall in Port Washington. A portion of the proceeds will benefit American Legion Post 82.
Frank taught art at PWHS for 32 years (1958–1990) and left a lasting impact on many of his students. As word of the auction has spread, former students have shared how his encouragement shaped their paths, some of his students going on to careers as artists, educators, and creative professionals.
