March 14 we will offer a mini wine making class. Every step of our UVin done in 2.5 hours. You will get a wine flight and 2 custom labeled bottles of wine at the end and an extra discount on any wine purchased. We will start a 6 gal batch of wine, rack and add additives to another batch and then be part of bottling another batch of wine.
